We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email support@tailtimber.com with your order number and reason for return. Please contact us before mailing anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
